Brooktrails Board of Directors meets Tuesday at 7 PM. This meeting is in-person and the district also operates video equipment to provide a live broadcast.

Last meeting, directors approved a settlement asking 86 Brooktrails residents to pay back money from a water bill assistance program.
With action taken to correct its error, Brooktrails still paid out more than $75,000 through the state program, the district stated.
Willits Attorney Chris Neary, as you know, handles the district’s legal business.
BROOKTRAILS: Counsel Neary commented on SB896 that involves Special Districts assessing defensible space; also mentioned the CEQA exemption for PG&E tree clearance has been extended to 2026.
